I’m a professional content creator, on-camera talent and public speaker with over 7 years of experience and a vast background in advertisement, video direction, production, videography, photography, writing and multimedia content strategy.

My work lives mostly on YouTube & Instagram and it focuses on inspiring millennial women to know, love and challenge themselves through an experimental healthy-lifestyle without judgments, perfection or strict rules. I do so by testing health methods and products myself, and sharing my brutally honest opinions and observations in the process. This saves women time and resources in the search for effective health methods while inspiring them to take on the ones that actually work.
