As soon as the aroma of Palo Santo reached my senses, I felt like a huge weight had been lifted off my shoulders. Since that day, Palo Santo became the star of my self-care habits – it's been 5 years!
In this video, I'd like to share with you one of those Palo Santo routines. This one gets me motivated to work out and keeps me looking forward to that work out day. Yes, it's a dance of mindful, spiritual and psychological moves that I've used not just to stay fit but to move myself to achieve lots of goals in my developing life.
