Woman Trains Like One Punch Man For Just 1 Week and This happens

I trained like a superhero for just one week and the results made me reconsider reality. No wonder this is the workout of our beloved superhero Saitama, the One Punch Man and strongest man on earth – at least in his animated show.
The One Punch Man workout makes its appearance in the animated show when Saitaima, the bald man in the thumbnail, claims that he lost his hair and became super strong after doing his wild workout.
This insane routine has been tested by men around the world who claim that they got ripped and strong after challenging themselves to do it.
This is what that routine looks like:
100 pushups
100 situps
100 squats
And a 10km run or 6.2 miles to be exact.
AND you have to do this every single day. I mean, EVERY. SINGLE. DAY.
With a workout like that, one could assume that you would get flat abs, defined arms and a bigger bubble butt; maybe that’s exactly what I witnessed. Or maybe it’s a load of myths.
